What needs to be done to get this garden started? Well, perhaps first I need to decide what I'm going to grow. Sounds like a list coming on.
Keeping it under control is a priority, it's easy to get happy and over extend yourself. Once you start doing too much, you get overwhelmed and then it becomes more like work and less like fun. Plus, I hope to do other things this year that require me to be away from home for a day or two, maybe even longer. The last thing I need is to come back to a lot of dead plants after working so hard to establish them. Plans need to be made, and adhered to.
