Papaver somniferum - Opium Poppy

Yes, that Opium. 

I dunno, don't ask me; people are openly growing it, people are openly selling it, and marijuanna is illegal?  I mean, what are you going to do with it? Seriously?  That's a heck of a poppy seed muffin you're making.  

Papaver somniferum is now on my want list.  It's a beauitul flower, really.

Starting today I'm going to try to remember to write the latin name correctly.  The second name is not capitalized.  Personally I like the look of the second name being capitalized, but that's not correct so, I bow to the rule. Even if it looks stupid.
